Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. The contracts and terms and conditions of these companies apply to all contracts with insurance companies, banks and other institutions. By taking out insurance and/or a contract, you confirm receipt and acceptance of the terms of the contract. If you have not received these, you must request them from us in advance. We assume no liability for contracts and any changes that the customer agrees with the brokered companies and vice versa.

2. We accept no liability if an application is not accepted by a company. This is entirely at the discretion of the respective contractual partner.

3. Our service will not bring you any additional costs unless we expressly point this out to you.

4. The agreements with our customers and visitors depend on the one hand on the contractual conditions that exist with our partners and on the other hand on the legal provisions that are valid in Switzerland.

5. With every message to us, you confirm that we may pass on your data to our partner companies for the use of the desired inquiries. The data provided will be transmitted to the relevant companies for the purpose of preparing an offer and providing information. We are not liable for missing or incorrect information and also not for the time it takes to prepare the offer. Data will never be passed on to other people or companies. The data is stored on a high-security server in Switzerland.

6. Upon request, our customers receive a login to the database with access to their insurance policies with service for claims and communication options. Access security is guaranteed. Each customer is responsible for keeping the access data secret and not granting access to anyone else.

The site is subject to constant changes and additions, which serve to update and enrich the information and functions offered. The information is therefore made available without guarantee for topicality, correctness and completeness.

8. The company “Adralis GmbH” as the operator of the Internet site www.adralis.ch is not liable for direct or indirect damage, including lost profits, which are based on the use of the information and functions offered on this site.

14. Agency Agreement
All contractually subordinate partners are subject to the Swiss Data Protection Act and the Money Laundering Act and must be registered with FINMA (Financial Market Supervisory Authority) to work as a consultant. Intermediaries are independent, self-employed or contractual partners in the financial community and are therefore responsible for misuse, incorrect advice and its consequences. Our intermediaries are always experienced professionals who have already acquired appropriate training and experience. It goes without saying that we will always endeavor to fulfill the customer’s wishes and concerns to the best of our knowledge and belief.
