Controller and scope

Adralis GmbH, Churerstrasse 158, 8808 Pfäffikon SZ, is responsible for personal data processed in connection with this website and initial enquiries. For privacy questions or requests concerning your data, contact info@adralis.ch.

This notice covers use of the website and initial contact. Subsequent insurance, financial, tax or investment advice may involve further processing that requires separate information.

Data we process and why

Technical connection data is generated when you visit the website. When you contact us, we process the information you provide: your name, email address, optional telephone number, selected topic and message. Name, email address and message are required so that we can identify and answer the enquiry; telephone number and topic are optional.

We use this information to deliver the website, keep it secure, troubleshoot technical issues and communicate with you about your enquiry. This website does not obtain additional personal data from external databases.

Hosting and server logs

The live website is intended to be hosted by cyon GmbH in Basel, Switzerland. When a page is requested, server logs may record the IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system details and the referring page. These data are needed to deliver and securely operate the website.

Cyon processes these technical data as the hosting provider. Logs may be used to diagnose errors and prevent misuse; we do not use them for personalised advertising.

Contact form and email

The contact form sends your details through the web server as an email to info@adralis.ch. The form endpoint does not also store the message in a website database. We use Microsoft 365 for the email mailbox. If you write to us directly, we also process your sender address, message and technical email metadata.

We use these details to review and answer your enquiry and for related follow-up correspondence. Email is not necessarily end-to-end encrypted throughout its journey.

Form misuse prevention

The contact form uses a hidden check field and limits repeated submissions to reduce spam. For this purpose, an identifier derived from the IP address and the times of submissions are processed in temporary files on the web server. Message text is not stored in these files.

Cookies and external content

Our website code does not set cookies or use Local Storage, web analytics, advertising pixels or profiling. Fonts, images and scripts load from this website; no third-party social-media plugins, maps or videos are embedded.

If you follow a link to another website, that site's operator is responsible for its own privacy information.

Recipients

Within Adralis, only people who need to handle an enquiry have access to it. Cyon, as web host, receives technical data and form submissions to operate the website. We use Microsoft 365 to handle email; messages also pass through the mail servers involved in sending and receiving them.

A visit to the website or an initial enquiry does not automatically share data with insurers, banks or other advice partners. Any disclosure needed for later advice must be explained separately.

Processing outside Switzerland

The website is hosted by cyon in Switzerland and does not load analytics or advertising services from abroad. We use Microsoft 365 for email. This can involve processing in EU and EEA countries and in the United States. The email services used by senders and recipients can also result in transfers to other countries.

For transfers to countries without an adequate level of data protection, Microsoft's contractual safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses, apply. The actual storage location of mailbox content depends on the configuration of the Microsoft 365 tenant.

Data security

The live website is intended to use an encrypted HTTPS connection. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed for data sent over the internet.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, you may ask whether we process personal data about you and request access to it. You may also seek correction of inaccurate data and, where the conditions are met, deletion or restriction of processing, or object to processing. Send requests to info@adralis.ch; we may verify your identity to prevent unauthorised disclosure.

Access is generally provided within 30 days and free of charge. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Changes

We review this notice when the website, service providers or actual data processing change. The version published on this page applies.
